Capital and Turnaround Projects
Apache has a long history of performance on capital and turnaround projects. We are able to supply qualified supervision and labor—including inspection and proven project controls to accurately track progress and alignment with schedule and documentation to support the project.
CUI Programs
CUI programs have been included in facility operating programs for more than 25 years. Apache has experienced program managers and craft personnel who understand the complexity of executing projects on in-service assets along with the safe planning and budgeting efforts involved. As a team member with expertise installing multiple types of insulation systems, depending on service and circumstance, we bring a solutions-based thought process when addressing CUI programs.
Heat Tracing
Apache will run steam or electrical heat tracing for piping when specified, properly size and fit rigid or mat insulation, and leave drops for connection to systems.
Cryogenic
There are cold insulation requirements for piping and equipment, and then there are cryogenic requirements for piping and equipment. LNG facilities require complex cryogenic insulation systems for piping and equipment. Apache understands the challenges of sub-zero applications and the importance of verified and documented installation performed by a qualified workforce.
