Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program
Our Registered Apprenticeship Program stands as a testament to our commitment to the holistic development of veterans. This program spans up to four years, providing a comprehensive platform for coaching, mentoring, training, and continuous communication. We understand that each veteran’s journey is unique, and our program is tailored to have a lasting positive effect on every participant.
Military-Like Chain of Command Structure
We recognize the importance of maintaining a familiar structure for our veterans. Our organization offers a military-like chain of command, ensuring a seamless transition for veterans entering the civilian workforce.
Veteran Involvement in Leadership
Members of our Human Resources leadership team are veterans themselves, actively engaging with a variety of veterans’ organizations. This active participation enhances our ability to recruit, train, and retain veteran talent effectively.
Strategic Leadership Model
Our veteran leadership program follows a traditional NCO leadership model, with top performers often admitted into our Manager-in-Training (MIT) program. This program not only exposes MITs to different business models but also allows them to work alongside Manager Mentors with varying leadership styles and responsibilities.

Our CEO’s strategic vision, inspired by the U.S. Special Forces community, emphasizes the creation of a highly mobile, strategic team of critical thinkers. We aim to assist veterans in transitioning from active military service to meaningful roles in our industrial construction fields.
Support for Tiny Homes for Homeless Veterans
We are proud participants, supporters, and promoters of Tiny Homes for Homeless Veterans, an organization that provides housing solutions for veterans in need. We have partnered with the Department of Labor and other organizations to extend our successful apprenticeship program to assist homeless veterans.
