Apache Industrial’s premier leadership development program enables emerging leaders to develop their management skills through a two-year period of blended learning and mentorship, while rotating through various geographic regions and lines of business with a designated primary coach and executive sponsorship.
The success of our MIT program is evident throughout our business, with MIT alumni serving in key roles in our largest projects, spearheading technology and digitization efforts, and leading various business regions and functions.
